This note covers rs9.run only. It explains what the pages themselves do, what happens when you use the download or contest buttons, and what to do if you mail us. It is not a policy for every company that might process a payment.
The pages are static
The articles on this host are files. They do not ask you to create an account on the website, and they do not contain a comment box. Reading a page does not require your name, phone number, or email address.
These HTML files do not embed a third-party analytics tag, and they do not embed an advertising auction. If that changes, this note should change in the same edit. Until it does, do not assume we have a dashboard of your clicks.
What the host may still see
A web host can keep ordinary connection logs: an IP address, a time, the address of the file, and the browser string. We do not use this page to claim a custom log product or a retention period we have not set. If you need a copy of what a log might say about you, write to rs9support@email.com and we will tell you what this site actually holds, which may be nothing beyond the mailbox.
The download button
Download RS9 points at https://www-game.com/api/download-url with this site's name attached, so the file host knows which button you used. From that moment the request is on that host, under that host's own rules. We do not receive your Android package list, and we do not receive the file back.
We do not print a version or a file size because we do not want a privacy note, or a marketing line, to freeze a number the file host can change. The sheet on your phone is the record of what you installed.
The contest button
Open a contest points at the fantasy flow on rs9-in.rs9uniors.com. An account you create there, a squad you lock, and a payment you approve are processed by that product, not by this static website. Read the card there before you accept a fee. This website does not see your squad and does not see your wallet balance.
Mail and the public channels
If you write to rs9support@email.com, you are sending whatever you choose to put in the message. Send the page address, the time, and a short description. Do not send a password, a one-time code, a full payment-card number, or a photo of an identity document unless a named support person has asked for a specific check and you agree.
The footer also links to a Telegram account, a Facebook profile, an Instagram profile, and a WhatsApp channel. Those services keep their own records. A message you post there is not a private file on rs9.run. Prefer email when the matter is an account or a payment.
What we do with a support mail
We use a mail to answer the question in it, to correct a public sentence that is wrong, or to look at a failed install you described. We do not sell the mailbox. We do not trade it for advertising. We keep a thread while it is useful to finish the answer, and we do not publish a fake day-count for deletion. If you want a thread deleted, ask in a reply and we will delete what we still control.
Payments
This website does not run a checkout. If you deposit with Paytm, PhonePe, Google Pay, UPI, or a QR flow, you are dealing with the app and with that payment service. Their privacy terms are theirs. We list the names so you know what to look for. We do not claim that a crypto method is part of RS9.
Children
The pages are written for adults. Paid contests are for people 18 and over. We do not knowingly collect information from a child. If you believe a minor has written to the support address, tell us and we will delete the mail we still have.
States
Paid contests are not offered in Andhra Pradesh, Assam, Odisha, Telangana, Nagaland, or Sikkim. Loading this website from one of those states is not permission to join a paid room, and it is not a reason for us to build a separate tracking profile of where you are. We are not running a location product on these pages.
Cookies
These pages do not set a marketing cookie and do not run a consent banner for a tracker they do not include. Your browser may still store ordinary history. You can clear that in the browser. If a future page adds a cookie that is not strictly needed to serve the file, this section has to name it first.
Other sites
Links in the footer leave this host. A link is not an endorsement of every post on that profile. Those sites can change their buttons and their tracking. Read them on their own.
Changes
When the text of this note changes, the date at the top of the page changes with it. The current date is 27 October 2026. Old copies in a search cache are not the notice. If you keep using the site after a change, the new text is the one that describes the pages.
Ask for a correction
Write to rs9support@email.com with the sentence you want corrected and, if it is about you, what you want removed. We will answer on the same thread. We cannot delete a squad or a payment that lives on the contest host. For that, use the account tools there, and mail us only if a screen is unclear.
A note on the public channels
The Telegram link, the Facebook profile, the Instagram profile, and the WhatsApp channel are listed so you can see they belong to the same support desk. They are not places to send a password, and they are not places where a stranger should ask you to install a second file. If a message on those channels contradicts this note, trust this note and mail rs9support@email.com with a copy of the contradiction.
That is the whole notice. The site publishes pages, offers two outbound buttons, and reads the mail you choose to send. It does not ask for more.
